The Coordination Team ensures that the project objectives are achieved, that time and budget planning are respected and that the project is organised administratively, financially and logistically in accordance with the rules of the Interreg Oberrhein V Programme. It also implements the financial management and communication within the project. An important contribution is the dissemination of information and results through public relations work. Knowledge and information on the project work will be disseminated through the planned events and publications. At all events, networking will be activated and connections between the project partners and the actors of the target group will be enabled. Finally, the stakeholder workshops should integrate the target groups’ perspectives and their different types of knowledge into our project results. In this way, the project can generate a useful "product" which the stakeholders can use and in whose development they were themselves involved.
